Lani started out working in public health or Govt., agencies then moved on to running operations of private medical practices to becoming the director of business development -domestic & international for the largest BHRT/peptide training/certification company in the world. During that time frame she trained, partnered, and provided implementation for over 200 clinics in the Southeast US territory, while the company itself trained over 10,000 providers worldwide, going public at 750m in 2022.
Lani started LD Medical Consulting in 2023 to help providers and practices grow, scale, and improve their medical practice.

Jennifer is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner with a specialized focus in functional medicine.With a foundation in traditional Western medicine and advanced training in functional and lifestyle medicine, Jennifer combines science-based diagnostics with a holistic approach to healing. After earning a Master in Nursing from Georgia Southern University, she became certified as a Family Nurse Practitioner and later expanded their practice to include functional medicine principles, including nutrition, hormonal balance, gut health, and chronic disease prevention.
Jennifer has spent 15 years in the regenerative and preventative medicine space providing contracting and consulting medical provider services to over 20 medical clinics and thousands of patients.
She has owned and operated her own private concierge practice for 5 years in Hoschton, GA providing HRT, IV therapy, Medical Weight Loss, Peptide Therapy, Stem Cell/Exosomes, and Medical Aesthetics.
